I’m hoping the attached image will make sense as to what I mean. When going to change their outfit in create a sim I noticed that in sleepwear and only sleepwear is their neck really oddly clipped around the jaw and certain facial features - such as eye shape, are different to how the sim actually looks in other outfits. So I just aged up my sim from a child to teen - it was their birthday and I aged them up with a birthday cake.
